3 steps to win your customer’s heart and earn money

As a sale person, we always want to have a good relationship with our customers. But sometimes, especially for newbie, earning money from customers seem very hard. There are 3 steps to make this easier and more natural:

- Treat with your customer as your close friend.
- Discuss with your customer as your close friend.
- Give your customer best solution to resolve his/her problems as to do for your best friend.

And now, we will discuss about these 3 easy steps:

  1. Treat with your customer as your close friend:
    We all know that peoples take decision most by feeling, not thinking. So, if you want your customers want to pay money for you, you must treat with them as your close friend. When you do it, your customers themselves will break the wall between you and your customer. And this is the first step you MUST do well to open the door leading to your success.
  2. Discuss with your customer as your close friend:
    After you got the first step, you will go to a very important step. In this level, you must find out your customer’s problem in discussion. Remember, everyone has troubles and problems in their lives. So, the simple but important thing to do is take them out from your discussion. But not only to do it, you also have to link (of course in your mind) your customer’s problem to the benefit of your products or services. 
  3. Give your customer best solution to resolve his/her problems as to do for your best friend:
    Wow, now you got 2 above steps. It’s so good!
    But now is really IMPORTANT step. Selling is easy but make your customer feel happy to give you money is very very difficult. But DEFFICULTY IS NOT UNABLE. In this step, we have to try again and again to make this easier. Please think that the solutions you give your customer is the best way for her or him to solve their problems fast. And in order to be able to do it, you must think deeply and make at least 2 plans to solve your customer’s problems with your services or products.
